    Don Kleinschnitz is senior vice president for software engineering at CA, leading the new product development team that is responsible for the strategy, definition, design, coding, QA and release of new Recovery Management products and services. 


    Don, an industry veteran, has held a number of strategic and product development management positions―most recently at Symantec and earlier at PowerQuest, HP, and StorageTek―building cloud computing, storage, security and systems management products.  He is focused on driving innovation and integration that exploits the value of “disruptive technologies” like virtualization and cloud computing.


    Don earned an MBA in International Business and Marketing from the University of Colorado, and an ASEET in digital design. He is a U.S. Navy veteran and holds multiple patents in the areas of storage, software and electronic printing.
